Originally from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Jack McKnight is a Co-Founder of Safebook. Prior to this, Jack co-founded Next Medical, a company focused on modernizing healthcare operations. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Jack was an analyst at ClearSky, a growth equity fund investing in energy and cybersecurity, where he evaluated and supported investments in cutting-edge technology companies. Earlier in his career, Jack worked as a software engineer at IronNet Cybersecurity ($IRNT), a leading firm leveraging behavioral analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to secure critical infrastructure against advanced threats.
Jack graduated with a B.A.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
Jordan Frey is a Co-Founder of Safebook and a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in tax, finance, and strategic business operations. Prior to co-founding Safebook, Jordan was a key leader at a top 20 CPA firm, where he played an instrumental role in scaling the company from 400 employees to over 4,000 through strategic initiatives and acquisitions. During his tenure, he managed high-profile client engagements, provided tax optimization strategies, and served as an outsourced CFO for numerous businesses, delivering critical financial and operational insights.
Jordan has also held prominent leadership positions within the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), including serving as Vice President of the Manhattan Bronx Chapter, President of the Small Firms Committee, and Chair of the Next Generation Chapter. He has been a board member of the Accountants Club of America and was recognized by the CPA Journal as one of the “Future of the Profession.”
